DAY 1 Outfit
When it comes to fashion, I always follow my heart, I do not follow any rules about what is supposed to worn with what, it’s 2017, are we still going to follow set patterns when it comes to fashion? I say nay.
I always tend to mix art with fashion. Art and Fashion are two of my favourite things, hands down! And what can be a better place to mix art and fashion and not follow any rules than Fashion Week itself? I wanted my Day 1 look to be really comfortable and still be over the top and maximal. I know I wanted to wear the hand painted banjaran t-shirt dress from Adagio
for Day 1, it makes a statement like nothing else. Since a lot if people asked me how I decide upon the looks that I wear to Fashion Week, I made a video on how I get ready for Fashion Week
I paired the t-shirt dress with embroidered bomber jacket by not actually wearing it, but layering it over the shoulders, just how the cool girls do it! Continuing with the banjaran vibe, I layered my silver necklaces, wore a big ass silver nose ring and stacked on some silver bangles. With a whole day of walking, running from one show to another, I wore my good old Adidas sneakers with my payals. I put up my hair in a top knot and carried a black bucket bag, I could literally fit my world in it.
Let me know what you think about this look and the look 2 goes up on Monday. Till then you can check out the snippets of my Day 2 look here
